Bradford and Airedale PCT has started a public consultation on the relocation of the branch surgery
in Hope Hill View to the site of the Cottingley Cornerstone Centre. The information, and how to respond,

The site gives details of two public meetings that we will be holding about the proposals and about how to respond to the consultation.
