The objects of the Association are to promote the community spirit in Cottingley for the benefit of all residents and those working within the Cottingley area. To associate with the local authorities, voluntary organisations and local people in a common effort to advance education and to improve conditions in the community. To provide facilities in the interests of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for local people of Cottingley and surrounding areas.
Membership is open to all residents and workers within the community.

A friendly, loving and caring environment where children learn through play. There are vacancies for children aged 2 to 5 years, Monday through to Friday. Children over 3 are entitled to a Nursery Grant and may be eligible for 5 free places. Go along, see for yourself, find out more about this 26 place Pre-school with good OFSTED results.
